NEW SERIES | CHAMOMILE GREENHOUSES
This new series has been equal parts fun and challenging, and totally 100% worth it. These new pieces are maybe my favorites ever. Am I allowed to say that? They’re big, detailed, and fun for me to print, so I’m smitten.
The biggest surprise of all? I broke away from my “black + color” mold. I mean, I still totally did the black + color thing, but I also decided to try out some other color combinations, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.
Giving myself the freedom to “break the mold” and combine any colors that I want to try has been exhilarating. There are approximately 1.5 million combinations that I want to test out, and I plan on working through them one by one as I move forward from this point.
This job of mine is like walking on stepping stones. Each step leads to something new, something unexpected, something better. I can’t wait to see where the next step takes me.
